We provide comprehensive mental health care, including but not limited to:  
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations  
- Medication management  
- Psychotherapeutic interventions during appointments when time allows  
- Other related services as clinically indicated and mutually agreed upon

Most services will be provided via telehealth unless otherwise specified. Telehealth services are subject to the same terms as in-person services, but with potential limitations due to technology.

 

2. Telehealth Services  
By agreeing to telehealth services, you acknowledge the potential risks and limitations, including possible technological disruptions, data security concerns, and confidentiality issues. You have the right to opt-out of telehealth at any time and request alternative arrangements.

 

3. Risks and Benefits of Treatment  
Psychiatric treatment may carry risks, including potential side effects from medications or worsening symptoms. However, treatment may also result in significant benefits such as improved emotional functioning and enhanced quality of life. We encourage open dialogue about any concerns and alternative treatments that may be available.

 

4. Financial Responsibility  
You agree to be financially responsible for all services provided by Coastal Calm Psychiatric Solutions LLC, including any co-payments, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. You may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy  
We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal and health information. We adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to protect your data. Your information will only be disclosed under the following circumstances:  
- When required by law or court order  
- If you are a danger to yourself or others  
- In cases of suspected child, elder, or vulnerable adult abuse  
- If you provide written consent for disclosure
