Hey there, welcome back! As a valued Coastal Calm patient, this page is all about making your life easier. Need to book a follow-up, manage your meds, or check out some helpful resources? You’re in the right place. We’re here to keep things simple—because we know mental health is complex enough.

Charm Patient Portal

Charm is Coastal Calm’s patient portal for required forms and questionnaires. Sign in to complete the items Coastal Calm has assigned to you. If you also use Headway or Grow, those accounts are separate; their login links are in the Billing & Insurance tab.

Billing and Insurance

If Coastal Calm directed you to Headway or Grow for insurance coordination, sign in to the account used for your care. These accounts are separate from Charm, where you complete Coastal Calm’s required forms. Headway and Grow are not needed for self-pay.

Headway: choose My portal, then Patient portal. Grow: use the client login below. For account or billing help, use the support options in the platform you use.

Telemedicine and Secure Communication With Spruce

Use Spruce for Coastal Calm’s secure messages and scheduled virtual visits. Charm is separate and is where you complete Coastal Calm’s required forms and questionnaires.

If Coastal Calm has asked you to connect, open Spruce to set up or sign in to your account. For a scheduled virtual visit, sign in and keep Spruce open. Your clinician will start the video call there.

Do not use Spruce for urgent or emergency needs.
